1: Cut out the two circles.

2: Fold the red circle in half.

3: Fold it in half two more times.

4: Draw a petal shape on the circle.

5: Trim into a petal shape.

6: Hole punch the top of each petal.

7: Open to reveal a flower shape. Cut one quarter out. 

8: Glue the two faces together.

9: Thread a ribbon through the punched holes. 

10: Stick a strawberry candy inside.

11: Pull the ribbon tight and tie a knot.

12: Cut the strawberry leaf. Follow steps 1-4. Make a pointy leaf shape.

13: Trim a small part from the bottom to give a hole.

14: Pull the thread through the center. Tie on your tag.
